The beaches around Kaş fall into three tiers: those that need a car (Kaputaş, Patara, the Çukurbağ peninsula coves), those walkable from town (Büyük Çakıl and Küçük Çakıl), and the boat-only Limanağzı. Kaputaş charges 60 TL entry in 2026 with 187 steps down and no official car park; Patara costs €15 for foreigners or is free with the Müzekart and enforces a 20:00–08:00 turtle nesting curfew. Akçagerme suits families, Hidayet Bay has the best snorkelling, and the D400 has controlled blast-closures at Seyret Çakılı from 13:00–16:00.
